Please read these terms carefully before using the EarnWithWiFi platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using the EarnWithWiFi platform at earnwithwifi.co.ke, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our platform.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including writers, clients, and visitors. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
To use certain features of EarnWithWiFi, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
EarnWithWiFi supports three user roles:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. EarnWithWiFi is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Writers are required to pay a one-time activation fee of KES 500 to activate their writer account. This fee is non-refundable and grants access to the bidding system, task assignments, and withdrawal features on the platform.
Writers may bid on available tasks posted on the platform. Submitting a bid does not guarantee assignment. Admins reserve the right to assign tasks based on writer performance, ratings, and suitability.
Once a task is assigned, the writer must complete and submit the work before the stated deadline. Failure to meet deadlines may result in task reassignment, account penalties, or suspension. All submitted work must be original and free from plagiarism.
Writers receive 80% of the task value as their share upon approval of completed work. The remaining 20% is retained by EarnWithWiFi as a platform service fee. Payments are processed to the writer's registered M-Pesa number.
Clients may submit writing assignments through the platform by providing clear instructions, requirements, deadlines, and any relevant reference materials. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their briefs.
Upon submission, assignments are reviewed and quoted by the EarnWithWiFi team. Pricing is determined based on complexity, word count, deadline, and subject matter. Clients must accept the quoted price before work begins.
All client payments are processed through M-Pesa (Safaricom). Clients must make full payment before the completed work is delivered. Payments are confirmed automatically via our integrated payment system.
All financial transactions on EarnWithWiFi are conducted via M-Pesa. By using our platform, you consent to receiving and making payments through Safaricom's M-Pesa mobile money service.
Writers may withdraw their earnings once their account balance reaches a minimum of KES 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the M-Pesa number registered on your account.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours. EarnWithWiFi is not responsible for delays caused by M-Pesa service outages, network issues, or incorrect account details provided by the user.
The writer activation fee is non-refundable. Client payments may be refunded at the sole discretion of EarnWithWiFi if the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements after a revision attempt.
All content submitted by writers through the platform must be 100% original. Plagiarized, AI-generated (without disclosure), or recycled content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Upon approval and full payment, intellectual property rights for completed work are transferred to the client. Writers may not resell, republish, or redistribute completed assignments.
EarnWithWiFi retains the right to use anonymized samples of completed work for marketing, training, or quality assurance purposes unless a writer explicitly opts out.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on EarnWithWiFi:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund.
EarnWithWiFi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
Upon termination, any pending earnings below the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited. Users may request account deletion by contacting our support team.
EarnWithWiFi provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarnWithWiFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to EarnWithWiFi in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the EarnWithWiFi platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kenya.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
