We do not store your M-Pesa PIN or access your M-Pesa account directly
Payment processing is handled through Safaricom's official Daraja API with secure authentication
Transaction records are retained for a minimum period as required by Kenyan financial regulations

For any payment-related disputes, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
